Peter Kennedy, callsign Hitman 2/Diplomat, is a member of Sicario's Hitman Team. A man born of privilege, he foregone it to pursue his love of flying, but was rebellious to expectation and chose to forge his own path. His TAC name was apparently chosen by others, being a quip at his upbringing whose connection to which he vehemently denies.[2] He is one of the four main characters of Project Wingman and one of the player's main wingmen.
