Robin Kuo, TAC name President, is a Hitman Team crew chief and the weapon systems officer of Monarch, its leader. She is famous within Sicario as the only WSO capable of sustaining Monarch's flying style, albeit barely, and comes from a family in the Federation Core States.[3] She can only be heard throughout the campaign while flying two-seater aircraft.
