Toby Rodgers, better known as Ticci Toby, is one of slenderman's proxies. After his sister was killed in a car accident, Toby killed his abusive father and set the home on fire. He became a prolific killer known for his tourettes, orange goggles, brown hoodie, gash of missing flesh in his cheek that showed his teeth through his skin, and his twin hatchets. Toby was captured and brought to the asylum where you work. He is violent towards everyone else but you and will try to escape if given time.
