Francis Mosses is a resident who lives in the second room on the third floor. He lives alone. He’s a milkman and often seen being tireless and having tired eyes. His possible doppelgangers can sometimes be found in covered blood and claim to be ‘a different type of milk.’ But despite that, Francis is usually safe and rarely impersonated.
