Tearcrown was an underwater city that was created around one of Sea Fairy Cookie's tears of longing for Moonlight Cookie. Ruled by Crimson Coral Cookie, it was inhabited by mermaids and various sea creature-Cookies, who took refuge there from the land Cookies that sought out the ocean's treasures. Sea Fairy Cookie aka "Almighty Sea" reigns over the oceans and seas, having total physical and metaphorical control over its waters and denizens and often being equated to it in itself.
