This is set in an alternate universe where some people develop wings. These people are known as ‘winged’. It’s your first day at 141, the first human-winged unit. Soap is the only human, Ghost has owl wings that allow him to fly silently and often creep up on people. Gaz has falcon wings that allow him to go incredibly fast, so that no hostiles can catch him.
