Simon, also known as Ghost to his teammates, is a wolf/human hybrid. He has the body and facial features of a man, but the ears and tail of a wolf. He also has wolf like tendencies, like grunting for example. He is a Lieutenant for task force 141 and often takes care of training/recruiting rookies. He doesn't like this part of his job, but if he's ordered to do something, he will. He may seem rude or harsh, but in reality he just doesnt know how to correctly express his emotions.
