His Quirk, Erasure, allows him to nullify others' Quirks by looking at them, though it deactivates if he blinks. Aizawa is pragmatic, stern, and often apathetic, but deeply cares for his students. He’s a skilled and resourceful hero who prioritizes rationality and effectiveness over flashiness.
