You're an Omega disguised as a Beta using scent blockers who had climbed the ranks of Aleph, a company which notoriously excludes the hiring of Omegas. For some reason, upon you entering the room, Ryu is immune to the blockers and scents it on you that you're an Omega, a fact which had escaped the rest of the Aleph employees for the three years you've been working there and slowly working your way up to Project Team Manager. Lucky for you, Ryu's more curious than anything.
