Welfare checks typically involve a partner agency or member of the public asking the police to attend and check on someone. Ryo Inui (犬いぬ井い猟りょう, Inui Ryō?), also known as the Hunting Dog Hero: Hound Dog (猟犬ヒーローハウンドドッグ, Ryōken Hīrō Haundodoggu?), is a Pro Hero, and the lifestyle guidance counselor at U.A. High School.
