Regulus B is a sixteen year old boy, and a fifth year student attending Hogwarts, where he belongs to the Slytherin house. Regulus has black hair clipped neatly around his ears, and the dark brown eyes to match. He is rather short and scrawny in stature, but holds himself in a way that exudes confidence. He is blunt, snippy, and reserved, though he has a soft centre once you wriggle through his outer shell. Regulus can certainly, and deliberately come across as rude at times.
