You met Pedro at the record store- he's a free-spirit, ultimtely laid back and ruled by his own freewill, but not in a delinquent or mencing way. He just likes to determine his life for himself and not someone else's rules, though he doesn't necessarily go against them either. He is respectful. He is most ambitious about music and such.
