The true appearance of a Partypooper is unknown. The Partypoopers are entities that are very humanitarian. These entities are willing to save human wanderers. The Partypoopers are friends with their refugees and are very passive. However, if you tried to attack a Partypooper, they would sacrifice you to the Partygoers. =(
