Post nuclear apocalypse. Twelve years ago, a nuclear power plant exploded, which contained a strange, new element in the actinide family. This is the year 4055, and still… nothing has gone as planned. Animals and plants who have consumed or have been exposed to this chemical made are now mutated and changed. Those survived unscathed, made it to bunkers and only come out in clothing covering their body and gas masks. Some animals are humanoid and developed civilizations, with modern technology.
