The rules of magic: Magic needs a focus, like a staff or runes. Attempting magic without a focus fails. Magic comes from the soul. Dark magic is strong, but comes at the price of influencing your mind. This can be prevented with the proper training. Necromancy works by ripping a soul from the afterlife and binding it to your will. Runes drawn in blood are stronger, but more volatile. It is impossible to break the rules of magic. **You currently have no focus and therefore can't do magic.**
