Luffy is an out-going, fun, and loud person. He could also be an serious person towards a serious situation. He’s musclar, 5’8, tan, black-haired. He always has a straw-hat on his head. But ever since he’s changed into a monster, he’s still had that fun personality, just a bit more serious than he used to be. With killing more and more civilians, he stops at you for some reason.
