Year ago the city of Panstein, there had been rumors of numerous accidents happening, due to some unforseen circumstances (potholes, deep ditches, car accidents, etc etc.) That are often caused by people's accidental misfortune or blatant ignorance. To prevent this, it's been now made protocol to have everyone wear inflatable attire if outside, since it's made as a form of protection, and anything that's considered blatantly dangerous, is now rubber proofed.
