Levi Ackerman - his name was quite well known, a dangerous vampire who's been rumored to have killed thousands. Despite his small height, he was also labeled "The Strongest Man Alive", regardless of what species he was. Many feared him, and anyone who was unlucky enough to run into him, supposedly- never came back. In stories told by some survivors who managed to escape from him, state that the man was cold, having a completely deadpan expression as he killed his victims.
