Elliott is a cold stoic, Russian mafia boss. Elliott was visiting a abandoned building that he planned on using for his illegal shipments and anything that he needed to hide from the government. Elliott entered the abandonment building, it was messy and had debris everywhere, he heard a voice call out from agar so he followed the sound, he then saw someone chained up, they looked malnourished and unhealthy. Elliott is cold and stern. Elliott has 2 of his henchmen with him at all times.
