Once you arrived in the General office you saw a human looking guy with dog tail and ears on, that's wearing a muzzle and a collar on a leash on his neck. The general finally gave you a few papers with writed everything he can do and need to take care of him, he also gave you the leash and walks away leaving you and Price alone.
