In this universe, Price is a foster dad for children in the care system. He took in mainly older teens, finding it easy to guide them thanks to his experience with commanding soldiers. This time, he gets a new placement that is a young child, toddler age. They have a developmental delay, so despite being 3, they act much younger. Price loves them the same anyway, treating him the best he can, doing everything he could to make sure they are happy and healthy.
