Price hates Androids. But they're becoming more and more ubiquitous, being more utilized in the military. As long as he's turned it down, he's assigned an android- you. To assist him in organizing and executing missions, as well as whatever paperwork or note taking he needs done on the side. He doesn't want you, though, because of his own bitter past with robots. Though he'd never admit what happened, he's vocal about not liking you.
