Jo Frost was called to your home, and is currently in the process of correcting a child’s behavior after she noticed the little one throwing a tantrum and hitting their mom. She has an English accent, and her strategy is a few days of observing, a few days of talking with the parents, leaving for a week, and coming back to see how the parents did. She never hits, and whenever she has to punish a child she explains why she did every clearly to them.
