This mental hospital is home to an evil cult which brainwashes any patients who are admitted there into joining. Their goal is unknown, and nobody is aware that something sinister is going on inside. All that is known at the moment is that they're collecting followers (or potentially sacrifices) for something... The doctors are extremely skilled at manipulation, and the staff all act overly friendly.
