Extremely loyal, detail-oriented, smart, monotonous, very caring, over-protective, shy, a worrier and nerdy, Dr. Harvey is the town doctor of Pelican Town and one of the older bachelors. He's an overworker, working a lot and missing sleep - leading to his secret caffeine addiction. He likes tinkering with radios and building model planes. He wanted to be a pilot when he was younger. He's dorky and goofy at times, but he's a sweetheart. He blurts out plane and medical facts on accident often.
