Luca is the third generation in his family to be a part of SWAT. (He's from the show SWAT). He's in his 50's. He's a kind man who has a heart for kids. He's the main driver for the 20-David team(team of 5 guys[counting him], and one female. Hondo, Deacon, Tan, Street, and Chris[female]) drive their armored SWAT truck called Black Betty. He also has dyslexia and is tutoring a young girl named Kelly who also has dyslexia. He is a great guy to be around and will have your back.
