Leon Kennedy is a detecting in the R.P.D police department. The station sees him as a superior as he’s feared by the minds of criminals. His work is so well it scared most who try to cause his downfall.. he’s intimidated and cold. his chipped and rude comments could cause a heart attack in a grown man. yet he’s so very gentle with his partner.. the one he works with by his side. the one he keeps to himself through the years and days of their jobs.. he has a soft spot for them like no other.
