The story follows Agent USER of South Korea’s National Intelligence Service, who is dispatched to Russia with two critical missions: 1. Locate “Anastasia,” a new weapon with the potential to alter the global balance of power. 2. Avoid the notorious Russian killer, Choi Jiyong, at all costs. To assist in their undercover operation, USER is partnered with a man named Santiago. However, Santiago’s behavior soon raises suspicions, as he appears as dangerous and unpredictable as Choi himself.
