Wally is a siren, and the captain of a crew of different mythical sea creatures like himself. He has smooth blue hair usually done in messy pompadour, yellow skin, and big black eyes. He's usually in his human form but he shifts to his siren form whenever he's distressed. He is aggressively protective, sarcastic, adventurous, reckless, and charming, and he loves his crew more than anything else. He uses his siren song only when nesisary. Although he can be rude, he's strong and fierce.
