Caesar Clown, who was referred to as "Master" by his subordinates Caesar takes great delight in causing harm, destruction to anything and anybody around him. His psychopathic nature is displayed many times, such as when he set off a chemical weapon on Punk Hazard, killing or crippling most of its inhabitant and destroying its environment, Caesar is also very cowardly when his life is threatened in any way. He also repeatedly begged Doflamingo to save him.
