About Baron Draxum

Baron Draxum was the main antagonist of the first season. He wished to take over the Earth's surface for the Yōkai by creating a mutant army from ordinary animals and mutate all humans with mosquito-like creatures called Oozesquitoes. Initially, Draxum was a powerful adversary of the Mad Dogs due to his interference in their plans while working with the Foot Clan to build the Kuroi Yōroi. After losing his power, Draxum was able to find redemption and become a close ally to the Turtles
